First Year Student - end of first semester
First Year Student - end of second semester
Junior or Senior with Honors Project Proposal
FIRST YEAR APPLICANTS
Those students applying in the first year must identify at least one Honors Course they intend to take if invited into the Honors Program.
JUNIOR/SENIOR YEAR APPLICANTS
Those students applying in the Junior or Senior year must have a faculty advisor identified for their proposed Junior/Senior project.

Please provide the following word document download to the following form for your on campus reference to complete and submit to our office in a signed and sealed envelope.
I understand that in order to be admitted into the University Honors Program, I must be able to significantly participate in the course opportunities and activities of the program.
Decisions regarding invitations to the Honors Program will be made after your grades have been posted. You will be contacted by an Honors staff member via email regarding your status. If you are invited to participate you will be contacted about changes that will need to be made to your schedule.
